Message us in the app
Open TonedCore and go to Menu → Messages to send us a private message. Your reply appears in the same conversation. No username or email address is required.
We usually reply within 24 hours. Thanks for your patience.
You can enable reply notifications in the app so your iPhone alerts you when a reply arrives. Replies are also available in Messages.
Email support
If you cannot open the app, your version does not include Messages, or you prefer email, contact support@tonedcore.com.
What to include
- Your question or issue.
- Your app version and device model if the issue is app-related.
- If you contact us by email, the address where you want a reply.
Medical concerns
TonedCore support cannot provide medical advice. For urgent medical concerns, contact emergency services or your healthcare provider.
Account deletion
In versions that include account deletion, go to Menu → Your data → Delete account and data. The option is also available on the subscription screen without paid access. Deletion does not cancel your subscription. See account help for details, or email us if your version does not show the option.
